This interactive tool calculates the hourly rate you need to charge to cover your desired annual income plus business overhead. It computes four key values:
- Hourly Rate
- Weekly Rate
- Monthly Rate
- Annual Rate (with overhead)
The formula used to calculate the hourly rate is:
Hourly Rate = (Desired Income / (Billable Hours per Week * Weeks per Year)) / (1 - Overhead/100)
Other values are computed based on this rate.
